Title: 3D-CTA and 3D-DSA in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm:a comparative study
Abstract: Objective To compare 3-dimention computed tomography angiography(3D-CTA) and 3-dimention digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA) in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.Methods 3D-CTA and 3D-DSA were performed in 79 cases with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) admitted from September 2008 to March 2009.To conduct a comparative study of the characteristics of CTA and DSA images.Results Among the 89 patients,2 cases of negative,detected 83 aneurysms.In 3D-DSA and 3D-CTA accuracy comparison,there was no significant difference.Conclusion 3D-CTA and 3D-DSA examination has their own advantage in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.
