Title: Diagnostic singnificance of the detection of p16,RASSF1A gene promoter region methylation in plasma of patients with lung cancer

CONCLUSION:The promoter regions abnormal methylation of RASSF1Aand p16genes had been proved to be closely related with lung cancer. The detection of promoter regions abnormal methylation of lung cancer-related genes had a certain application value in the early diagnosis of lung cancer.Read More
