Title: Optimization of Extraction Process of Protein from Wastewater of Potato Starch Production
Abstract: The effects of NaCl concentration,pH,extracting time and temperature on protein extraction ratio from wastewater of potato starch production were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test.The optimal conditions were determined as follows,concentration of NaCl at 0.025 mmol/L,pH 4.0,and extracting for 1.0 h at temperature 25 ℃.The extract rate was 66.90% under these conditions.
