Methods Sixty patients with hysteromyomectomy from June 2009 to May 2011 in our hospital were divided into laparoscopy group and laparotomy group, each group had 30 cases, who were given laparoscopy and laparotomy respectively, the effects of operation and recovery of two groups were compared before and after operation. Results The temperature recovery time, hospitalization time and anus exhaust time of laparoscopy group were less than that of laparotomy group, The blood loss and frequency of analgesics of laparoscopy group was less than that of laparotomy group, there were significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Hysteromyomectomy with laparoscopy has advantages of micro-invasion, little blood loss, rapid postoperative recovery, low incidence of pain and the shorter hospitalization time and so on, so it is an ideal treatment of uterine myoma surgery method.Read More
