Abstract:Several groups of brain-aged model mice were fed with daidzein for 5 weeks and then their activities of SOD and LDH,the content of MDA,and T-AOC were determined.The results show that daidzein can rema...Several groups of brain-aged model mice were fed with daidzein for 5 weeks and then their activities of SOD and LDH,the content of MDA,and T-AOC were determined.The results show that daidzein can remarkably increase their acticity of SOD and T-AOC,and decrease the activity of LDH and the content of MDA,where the T-AOC and MDA are found higher than the conparison group with physiological saline.This suggests that for daidzein there are some other ways to raise the antioxidation of an organism body besides increasing the activity of SOD.Moreover,there is a dose-effect connected with the antioxidation level.Read More
