Title: Content comparison of chlorogenic acid in Chrysanthemum morifolium Romat with different processing methods shade and sulfur suffocating desiccation
Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for content determination of chlorogenic acid in Chrysanthemum morifolium Romat with different proessing methods.METHODS Dikma Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column;mobile was used, mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1 mol·L-1NaH2PO4 solution(15.6 g→1 000 mL,pH 2.7)(20∶80);the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;the column temperature was 30 ℃;the detective wavelength was 328 nm.RESULTS Chlorogenic acid showed good linearity in the range of 0.2-1.0 μg,r=0.999 9;average recovery was 96.86%,RSD was 0.46%.Chlorogenic acid in Chrysanthemum of sulfur suffocating desiccation was much higher than that of drying in the shade.CONCLUSION The method is exact, accurate and specific. The method can be used in the determination of chlorogenic acid in Chrysanthemum.
