Abstract: In 2010,China maintained a strong economic trend in general with improving macroeconomic indicators,its monetary policy gradually turned toprudentfromappropriately looseunder the influence of increasing inflationary expectations in the second half of the year, and the bond market experienced an inverted V-shape trend in the context of the overall adequacy of liquidity.The issuance size of bonds throughout the year was expanded steadily,market trading was more active and the types of investors became more diversified. Looking forward to 2011,in view of further product innovation in the bond market and enhanced market mechanism and infrastructure development,the bond market will play a greater role in supporting economic development.
