Abstract:Laws on other intellectual property are an integral part in the teaching of intellectual property laws in China,just like the traditional intellectual property laws,such as laws on copyright,patent an...Laws on other intellectual property are an integral part in the teaching of intellectual property laws in China,just like the traditional intellectual property laws,such as laws on copyright,patent and trade mark.The teaching of laws on other intellectual property should be based on the present legislative system in the view that the teaching of traditional intellectual property laws is carried out according to the legislative rules on the Copyright Law,Patent Law and Trademark Law.The Law against Competition by Inappropriate Means provides an ultimate protection to the intellectual property,and the law regulates that counterfeiting registered trademarks and other logos and the infringements of secret information of trade as behaviors of inappropriate means.The teaching of laws on other intellectual property should be limited to the teaching of the Law against Competition by Inappropriate Means concerning intellectual property in the process of teaching intellectual property law and the focus should be their overlaps with and the supplements to the traditional intellectual property laws.Read More
