Title: Reform the Talents Training Mode of Food Science and Engineering Major from the Perspective of “Large-Scale Engineering”
Abstract: In order to adapt to the reality of school development and social needs and solve various problems in the talents training of Food science and Engineering major,engineering education is being highlighted from the view of Large-scale Engineering. We have carried out a reform to optimize the talents training program,reconstruct the curriculum,and strengthen practice teaching and the university-enterprise cooperation. As a result,the quality of talents training has been improved significantly.
