Title: Related factors analysis for neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage
Abstract: Objective:To explore related High-Risk factors of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage,for improving the survival rate.Methods:Selected 26 cases with NPH admitted to our neonatal room from April 2003 to August 2010,and studied retrospectively.The factors being investigated included gender,gestational age,birth weight,time of onset,primary diseases,clinical manifestations,symptoms and signs,coagulation function and X-ray.And analyzed these factors.Results:Gestational ages of 19 cases(73.1%) were 28-36 weeks,low birth weight infants were 22 cases(84.6%),14 cases(53.8%)happened on the first day since their birth,9 cases(34.6%) between 4-7 d.8 cases(30.8%)of children suffered from perinatal asphyxia.Conclusion:Premature birth and low birth weight are physiological high-risk factors,Pathological risk factors were perinatal asphyxia,pulmonary infection,sepsis,HMD,cold injury syndrome.The first day and the first weekend since their birth are two incidence peaks of this disease.
