Title: The Effect of Fermented Cake Fertilizer on the Accumulation and Distribution of Phosphorus in Flue-Cured Tobacco
Abstract: In order to provide a theoretical basis for rational applying fermented cake fertilizer, the effect of different application proportions(pure inorganic fertilizer,50% cake fertilizer,100% cake fertilizer) of fermented cake fertilizer on the accumulation and distribution of phosphorus in flue-cured tobacco was studied. The accumulation of phosphorus in roots increased first and then decreased, and there were no difference between the treatment of 50% fermented cake fertilizer application and the pure inorganic fertilizer treatment. There was no difference in phosphorus accumulation of stem among the three treatments. The accumulation of phosphorus in flue-cured tobacco leaf showed a continuous increasing trend. No significant differences in accumulation of lower and upper leaves among the three treatments were found, also there was no difference between the 50% cake fertilizer application treatment and pure inorganic treatment in middle leaves.Cake fertilizer with different application proportions would not change the ratio of phosphorus in different parts of the tobacco leaves. These results showed that applying 50% of fermented soybean cake was better and could not significantly change the laws of accumulation and distribution of phosphorus in flue-cured tobacco.
