Title: An Empirical Study About Trust in Leader and Knowledge-based Work Team Effectiveness
Abstract: It makes analysis about the effects of trust in leader on knowledge worker's behavior and team performance from team level. Data were collected from 426 employee-leader dyads of 59 knowledge-based work teams. The results indicate that trust in leader was positively related to knowledge-based work team's effectiveness,such as increasing interpersonal citizenship behavior and team performance. In addition,interpersonal citizenship behavior performes a role as the partial mediator in the relationship between trust in leader and team performance.
