Title: Peasants' Right to Seek for Employment and China's Social Development
Abstract: Peasants' rights to seek for employment have been restricted and infringed since the ancient times. Such restriction and infringement is reflected in different ways and has different reasons in different periods of time, which is one of the chief causes that result in the long time poverty of the Chinese peasants, the backward development of the cities, the slow progress of the market economy and the difficult transform of the society. It is the peasants' appeal and the pressing demand of China's social development to unshackle the restriction of the peasants and give them more rights and freedom to seek for employment.
