Title: AUTOCATALYTIC CURING BEHAVIOR OF EPOXY/NITROGEN-CONTAINING POLYTHIOL SYSTEM
Abstract: Autocatalytic curing system of bisphenol\|A epoxy resin(DGEBA)/trimercaptothioethylamine (TMTEA) was studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The apparent activation energies obtained by Kissinger and Ozawa equations were relatively constant,namely,41.35 and 46.6?kJ/mol,and the curing reaction order and pre\|exponential factor A of this system were calculated by using the theory of Crane et al .Meanwhile by in situ tracing of FTIR of absorption peak variations of the functional groups in the curing reaction process, the optimum curing reaction conditions were determined: T gel =80℃, T cure =120℃, T treat after =160℃.
