Abstract: Recent years, in China, cooperation between media and sport developed greatly. The most developed medias are TV, internet, newspaper and magazine. The four different medias competed with each other at market. This paper enumeratesd a lot of dates and facts. By comparing all kinds of media and contrasting with foreign medias, analysed those four kinds media, how to draw market strategy by themselves'characteristic and gain profit. How to enlarge method and how to gain profit were the most important tasks for sport television. Internet will become the most powerful adversary for TV. Athletics-newspaper needs change. Sports magazine should allure readers by wonderful photos and amusing reports. In the final, the paper pointed that sports media should found a platform that could coordinate all kinds of resource, save cost, allure more readers, and gain much profit. That was the aspect for athletics'media.
