Title: The Effect of Chronic Lung Original Heart Disease to Left Ventricle Function
Abstract: Objective To study the influence of right ventricular dysfunction caused by chronic pulmonary heart disease to left ventricular function. Method Analyzing 21 cases echocardiography of chronic pulmonary heart disease, observing diastolic function of left ventricle with A/E ratio of mitral valve as index;measuring EF、CO、SV、CI、FS as index of observing the systolic function of left ventricle;Measuring the diameter of left ventricular cavity and calculating the weight of cardiac muscle in left ventricular.Result The research shows that theA/E ratio of mitral valve in the group of pulmonary heart disease is 1.14±0.14,P0.01 comparing with the control group.EF is 61.90±11.82,CO is 4.47±0.89,SV is 56.71±13.70,CI is 63.20±0.58,and FS is P0.05 comparing with the control group. The weight of cardiac muscle is 83.76±19.10,the same as the control group in statistics. Conclusion Chronic pulmonary heart disease;①the left ventricular injured in the forepart of diastolic filling;②the systolic function of left ventricle has not been found weakened in the research;③there is no expansion of left ventricular cavity or hypertrophy of cardiac muscle in left ventricular.
