Title: Effects and safety of methylcobalamin combined with alprostadil in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral neuropathy
Abstract: Objective To evaluation the effect and safety of ethylcobalamin combined with alprostadil for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Seventy cases of patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group(n =35).On the basis of comprehensive treatment,the trial group was treated with methylcobalamin injection combined with alprostadil injection,the control group was only treated with alprostadil injection.One course of treatment was 4 weeks.The scores of neuralsymptoms,the score of neural signs,nervous conduction velocity in electromyogram were observed.The routine urine,blood and the function of liver and kidney were observed also.Results The signs and symptoms of nerve score were reduced and the nerve conduction velocity were increased in two groups.But curative effect in trial group was superior to that in control(P0.05).There were no obvious adverce drugs reaction in two groups.Conclusion The combination of methylcobalamin injection together with alprostadil injection is a effective and safe in treating for DPN.
