Heat Treatment of Heavy Straightening Roller of Cr12MoV Steel

Description: The straightening rollers made of Cr12MoV steel have been treated by special process. Pre-heat treating process of the straightening rollers is quenching from forging heat and tempering. The final heat treating process is quenching from 1030℃ and tempering twice at 230℃. The results show that the hardness and the deformation of the rollers have met the specification.
