Abstract:Objective To observe the anatomical structure of the right coronary artery of pig heart and to enrich the data of experimental animals.Methods The coronary artery of forty-six pig hearts were perfused...Objective To observe the anatomical structure of the right coronary artery of pig heart and to enrich the data of experimental animals.Methods The coronary artery of forty-six pig hearts were perfused with perchloroethylene-acetoacetate.Then forty cases of them were fixed by 1.75 mol·L-1 formaldehyde,right coronary artery was displayed by hand-made stuffing and its branch was observed.Other 6 cases were made into the arterial casting mould after the acid corrosion,the coincidence and the scope of blood supply of coronary artery were observed.Results The coronary artery in pig heart included left coronary artery and right coronary artery.The right coronary artery was tinier and more shallow than the left coronary artery.It had the branches of atrium branch,ventricular branch,branch of sinuatrial node,branch of atrioventricular node,posterior interventricular branch and so on.Most of the posterior intervintricular branch stoped at 1/3 of the posterior intervintricular groove.Conclusion The right coronary artery in pig heart is similar to that of human.Read More
