Title: The Application Value of Hybrid Capture II Detection in the Screening of Uterine Cervix Cancer
Abstract: Objective The clinical application value of hybrid capture Ⅱ detecting the patients with high-risk human papilloma virus was studied. Methods 1 189 outpatients were detected by hybrid capture Ⅱdetection and liquid based cytological examination.141 patients were carried out multiple punch biopsy with colposcope because of suspicious pathological changes. The pathological results were analyzed. Results Of 1 189 patients,ASCUS 32 patients(2.69%),ASCUS-H 35 patients(2.94%),LSIL 76 patients(6.39%),HSIL 17 patients(1.43%).The pathological examination confirmed 70 patients(49.65%) with inflammation,19 patients(13.48%) with CINI,22 patients(15.60%) with CINⅡ,17 patients(12.06%) with CINⅢ,5 patients(3.55%) with infiltrating carcinoma,8 patients(5.67%) with condyloma. The patients were younger in the HPV positive group than in the HPV negative group(P0.01).The infection rate of HPV in every pathological group was inflammation 59%,CIN I 68%,CINⅡ 77%,CIN Ⅲ 100%,infiltrating carcinoma 100%,condyloma 62%,respectively.141 patients carried out multiple punch biopsy with colposcope:the patients with TCT(-) and HPV(-)did not appear serious pathological changes;the patients with TCT(-)and HPV(+),≥CINⅡ,had the detection rate 17%,the patients with TCT abnormal and HPV(+),had the highest detection rate 41%;the patients with abnormal TCT and HPV(-)had the detection rate 13%,and 5 patients were CINⅡ,did not appear cancer in situ and infiltrating carcinoma. Conclusions The persistent infection of HR-HPV is relevant to the progress of the cervix pathological changes.HC-Ⅱdetecting HPV is a valuable auxiliary diagnosis technique. The combined detection of HC-Ⅱ and cytology is the best screening method of uterine cervix cancer.
