Title: The monitoring of arrhythmia of aged patients in perioperative-thoracotomy period.
Abstract: Objective To observe the importance of the continuous electrocardiographic monitoring of the aged patents in the period of perioperative-thoracotomy.Methods To use the M3 multi-function electrocardiographic momitoring system to carry out continuous electrocardiographic monitoring system to carryout continuous electrocardiographic monitoring to 63 patients of age 65~67 in the period of perioperative-thoracotomy and observe the rhythms and rates of the hearts.Results In the 63 cases, 27 were found with arrhythmia in different degrees before and after the perioperative-thoracotomy period.With these early findings,by taking measures in time, the complications after operations reduced and the success rates of operation increased.Conclusion It is necessary to conduct the continuous ECG monitoring to the aged patients in the period of perioperative-thoracotomy.
