Title: The predictive value of urinary IL-18 for AKI in patients with PNS
Abstract: Objective To explore the precictive value of urinary IL-18 for AKI in patients with PNS. Methods Urinary IL-18 were detected in 39 patients PNS with AKI( the observation group) and 39 PNS patients without AKI( the control group),and then the correlation between urinary IL-18 and Scr were contrasted between the two groups,and analyzed. Results TC,TG,Alb,BUN,and Scr were( 8. 2 ± 2. 2) mmol / L,( 3. 7 ± 0. 9) mmol / L,( 25. 7 ± 5. 2) g / L,( 7. 7 ± 1. 6)mmol / L,( 201. 3 ± 32. 1) mmol / L in the observation group,and( 7. 9 ± 2. 1) mmol / L,( 3. 6 ± 0. 8) mmol / L,( 26. 5 ±4. 9) g / L,( 4. 3 ± 1. 5) mmol / L,( 92. 2 ± 29. 7) mmol / L in the control group,there were no significant difference in TC,TG,and Alb between the two groups( P 0. 05),BUN,Scr in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group( P 0. 01),and urinary IL-18 in the observation group was( 371. 8 ± 54. 1) μg / L,significantly higher than that( 74. 3 ± 49. 2) μg / L in the control group( P 0. 01),IL-18 had significant positive correlation with Scr in the observation group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Urine IL-18 detection had better early diagnosis and prediction significance for AKI in patients with PNS,it's worthy of promotion.
