Abstract:[Objective] To evaluate the relationship between Changes of central aortic pressure and its reflected wave and coronary heart disease(CHD).[Methods]One hundred and ten 110 patients undergone coronary ...[Objective] To evaluate the relationship between Changes of central aortic pressure and its reflected wave and coronary heart disease(CHD).[Methods]One hundred and ten 110 patients undergone coronary arteriography(CAG)were divided into CHD group(52 cases)and control group(58 cases)according to angiographic finding.Central systolic pressure(CSP),diastolic pressure(CDP),aortic pressure of impulse(PI)and pulse pressure(PP),and the augmented pressure(AP),augmentation index(AI)and initiated time(IT)of central aortic reflected wave were compared between the two groups.[Results]The CSP and PI were similar in the two groups,but CDP and PP were significantly reduced in CHD group comparing with control group.The AP and AI were significantly increased and the IT was shortened in CHD group than in control group.[Conclusion]Central aortic pressure and its reflected wave are related to CHD.Read More
