Title: Effects of Oxygen Separation on Formation of Porous Films
Abstract: The anodizing process of aluminum in the solution of ADP(A)and boric acid(B)was investigated. The development of porous film were analyzed by SEM micrographs and curves of anodized oxidation. The results indicate that the evolution of oxygen in the barrier layer is the precursor of the formation of porous film. The transformation process of film from barrier-type to porous-type can be separated two stages:the first is the emergence of regular grooves film, second is the formation of holes in the grooves.Porous film is achieved with diameter of 150 nm and 55 nm in A and B electrolytes respectively.
