Title: Glutamine's effects on swimming rat's LA,CPK,swimming time and pathological indices in high ambient temperature
Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of complementary extrinsic glutamine(Gln) upon moving rat organism's anti-fatigue in high ambient temperature. Methods With the rats swimming exhaustively and being complemented Gln,the changes in rats' survival time, serum lactic acid(LA) amount, creatine phosphokinase(CPK),swimming time and pathological indices were observed in the emulational simulation cabin filled with hot temperature[ambient temperature at(39.5±0.5) ℃,relative humidity at(70±3)%)].Results After 50 minutes' swimming in the water of 36 ℃,the LA amount and the CPK activity of the rats in complementary extrinsic Gln group were lower than that of control group. The exhaustive swimming time was(85.5±10.0) min and lasted for 30.5 min, longer than that of the control group(55.0±7.1) min. Conclusion Complementing Gln can markedly improve rast organism's ability of anti-fatigue in high ambient temperature.
