Title: Study on extraction and content determination of licoice flavonoids and polysaccharide from residues of glycyrrhiza
Abstract: To determine the suitable condition for extraction Licoice flavonoids and Polysaccharide from resuide of glycyrrhiza by ultrasonic extraction and to select the optimal parameters,using water and alcohol as solvent.Through the orthogonal experiment design to select the optimal extraction condition,the content of Licoice flavonoids and Polysaccharide were determined by Spectrophotometry.Optimal condition for extraction Licoice flavonoids was as follow:extraction time was 75(25,25,25)min,extraction temperature was 45℃,concentration of ethanol was 80%,solide/liquid ratios was 1 ∶12,extraction time was 3,the content of Licoice flavonoids was 2.69%.Optimal condition for extraction Licoice Polysaccharide was as follow:extraction time was 75(25,25,25)min,extraction temperature was 65℃,solide/liquid ratios was 1 ∶12,extraction time was 3.The content of Polysaccharide was 7.89%.
