Abstract: This study was designed to explore the conflict between work and family and to examine the model of work family interface.195 subjects from banks,academic institutes and high tech companies participated in the investigation.It was found that work-family conflict could predict employee's job stress better than family-work conflict.The work-family conflict influenced job satisfaction through the moderating variable of job stress.Women's job attitudes were more sensitive to their perception of work-family conflict.
