Title: The Relationship Between Service and Manufacturing Competitiveness: A Case Study of Zhejiang Province
Abstract: Along with the unceasing change in structural form of manufacturing industry, services, as intermediate input factor, have been more and more fused with manufacturing industry. On the other hand, division of activities in manufacturing enterprises have promoted the development of service industries. Service industry and manufacturing industry has thus reached a highly interrelated stage. The article takes Zhejiang as an example, discusses that the building of a advanced manufacturing industrial base rely heavily on the support of relevant service industries because only in this way can integrated advantages be bring out and aggregate competitiveness be improved.
