Abstract: Being an important component of modern international law, the system of WTO law, from substantive law to procedural law, is playing a key role in the present international law. The WTO law has made quite a number of breakthroughs with regard to traditional international law. The acronym WTO refers to aninternational organization, a negotiation forum for multilateral trading, and the system of the WTO law per ce. The original text of the WTO law comprises of the MARRAKESH AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION, which serves as the main text, and other protocols and understandings that are put down as annexes, together they form a large set of agreements. This article attempts to discuss the system of rules only.
