Abstract: The innovation of education and the optimization of educational environment are in direct proportion. The main concern of this article is to expound the social and cultural environment, the state policy environment regarding the education of people of ability and the teaching environment in schools that are favorable to the practice of educational innovation. The article also provides the author's views concerning the educational objectives,assessment system,examination system as well as the classroom environment. It is suggested that the most urgent thing is to optimize both the hard and soft school environments.
