Title: The dynamic enhanced scanning by multi-slice CT for lung adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced enhanced scanning by multi-slice CT(MSCT) for lung adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma.MethodsA total of 25 patients with pulmonary nodule were examed with MSCT,which included 11 lung adenocarcinoma and 14 lung squamous carcinoma. The pre-enhanced CT value, net enhanced CT value, the type of T-DC,the time to peak, and enhancement pattern were compared in lung adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma.ResultsCT value of lung adenocarcinoma was greater than that of lung squamous carcinoma in both of plain scan and enhanced scanning, but there was no statistically significant(P0.05);The TDC of lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous carcinoma were all like para-curve,the curve of lung squamous carcinoma was under the curve of lung adenocarcinoma, the peak value of lung adenocarcinoma was higher than that of lung squamous carcinoma, but there was no statistically significant between them(P0.05).The time to peak of lung adenocarcinoma were earlier than that of lung squamous carcinoma, but there was no statistically significant;when diameter of tumor equal to or smaller than 3cm,the lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous carcinoma all showed homogeneous enhancement, when diameter of tumor larger than 3cm,lung squamous carcinoma showed heterogeneous enhancement more.ConclusionThe MSCT is an effective method in differential diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous carcinoma.
