Abstract:Objective To study the effects of CO_2 pneumoperitoneum and trendelenburg position on hemodynamics in the procedure of laparoscopic gynecological operation.Methods Forty ASAⅠ~Ⅱ patients with normal ci...Objective To study the effects of CO_2 pneumoperitoneum and trendelenburg position on hemodynamics in the procedure of laparoscopic gynecological operation.Methods Forty ASAⅠ~Ⅱ patients with normal circulatory and respiratory function underwent laparoscopic gynecological operation were included.The data of hemodynamics and arterial blood gas were recorded at time point of 15 min after anesthesia,15 min after trendelenburg position,15 min after CO_2 pneumoperitoneum,15 min after pneumoperitoneum with trendelenburg position,15 min and 30 min after hyperventilation(P_(ET)CO_2 30~35 mmHg).Results CI(cardiac output index),SI(stroke index),HR,MAP,SVR(systemic vascular resistance) and PaCO_2 of 15 min after CO_2 pneumoperitoneum and 15 min after pneumoperitoneum with Trendelenburg position were higher than those of 15 min after anesthesia.CI,SI,HR,MAP and PaCO_2 of 15 min and 30 min after hyperventilation were lower than those of 15 min after CO_2 pneumoperitoneum.Conclusions In laparoscopic gynecological operation,CO_2 pneumoperitoneum,trendelenburg position and hypercapnia exert some effect on hemodynamics.The laparoscopic gynecological operation is safe to those ASAⅠ~Ⅱ patients.Read More
