Title: Exploration and Practice of Strengthening Engineering and Fostering Innovative Ability
Abstract: In view of the trend of practice education showing some “weakening” and “softening” administration and implementation, this paper discusses the education ideology of “regress engineering” as one strategic choice which is adaptive to times development in modern engineering education; analyzing the relations between innovation and engineering, pointing out definitely when solving engineering problem ,we should protect students' innovative idea and foster students' innovative ability; and combining with fundamental course teaching such as circuit and electrotechnician subjects and so on, introducing the experience and sentiments of cultivating engineering and creating talents from four aspects which are fundamental teaching、crossing subjects、humanism making and practice tache.
