Abstract:Objective To determine the HPLC fingerprints of the aqueous extracts of Folium fici microcarpae.Methods The extracts was analyzed on an ODS C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) using 90% methanol-water-0.2%...Objective To determine the HPLC fingerprints of the aqueous extracts of Folium fici microcarpae.Methods The extracts was analyzed on an ODS C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) using 90% methanol-water-0.2%H3PO4 as gradient elute A,20% tetrahydrofuran-water-0.2%H3PO4 as gradient elute B.The flow rate was 1 mL/min and column temperature 31 ℃.The detection wavelength was 275.5 nm.Results HPLC fingerprints of the aqueous extracts of Folium fici microcarpae was established.A total of 19 common peaks have been identified and 7 compounds which were separated from leaves could be found the relative peaks in chart.Conclusion The fingerprints are reliable,which could be used for quality control of the aqueous extracts of Folium fici microcarpae..Read More
