Title: On the Patriotism Education of College Students in the Modern Network Culture
Abstract: The Network culture is divided into three levels: spirit,material and system.The university Network culture consists of spiritual culture,system culture and material culture,which are related with each other and supplement each other.Currently,the patriotism education in colleges and universities are facing both opportunities and challenges in the modern Network culture.Problems exist in the traditional patriotism education,such as the absence of subjectivity,the rigidity of educational mode,the wrong understandings of patriotism education,etc.Problems also exist in the current patriotism education in the context of the Network culture,such as the faintness of the state sovereignty consciousness,the weakness of the Chinese national identity,the vagueness of socialist consciousness,the lack of cultural country mentality,etc.In the modern Network culture college students' patriotism education should take the following ways: In the perspective of Network spiritual culture,the consciousness of the state sovereignty and security education should be constructed;the education of the fine traditional national culture implemented;the education of socialist core values integrated;and the socialist citizen moral education strengthened.In the perspective of campus Network system culture,the specific Network management system should be built and completed;the scientific Network security system established to strengthen the supervision of the Network information security;and the capable people organized to strengthen the Network culture publicity and the public opinion guiding.In the perspective of Network material culture,modern Network technologies should be applied to strengthening the campus Network platform building;the website which stresses the cultural theme of patriotism education set up;and a strong contingent of Network workers which is engaged in Network patriotism education built.
