Title: Changes of Polysaccharide Yield and Growth of Mycelia of Ganoderma lipsiense in Changbai Mountain Under Swallow Liquid Culture
Abstract: The dynamic change of Ganoderma lipsiense in changbai mountain under swallow liquid culture were studied in the growth of mycelia、polysaccharide yield、pH value and residue sugar of cultural liquid.The result showed:the biomass of mycelia after 35 days were in the highest in fresh weight,and their dry weight were in the highest after 28days under 25℃ culture;total sugar and reducing sugar were maximum after 28 days,the pH value of fermentation were increased in the whole culture;residue sugar of cultural liquid were decreased,the content of sugar were minimum after 42days.
