Title: MR-diffusion-weighted Imaging in Diagnosis of Liver Cirrhosis
Abstract: Objective To explorre the diagnostic value of liver cirrhosis using MR-diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI).Methods MR-DWI was performed from Jan.2009 to Dec.2010 on 47 cirrhotic patients and 34 healthy controls using GE HDx 1.5Tesla MRI scanner when b value was 800mm2/s,and the value of apparent diffusion coeff icient(ADC) in each group was measured and compared. Results The ADC value of the cirrhotic group was signif icantly lower than that of the normal liver group(P0.05).Conclusions The ADC value is a valuble parameter in diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.
