Title: Shaking table experimental study on earthquake resistance control of double-layer latticed cylindrical shell with new type damper elements
Abstract: In order to test the vibration reduction effect of the latticed shell with several elements replaced by damping elements,a new kind of viscous damping element available to latticed shell is designed,and the damp parameter of which is obtained through pseudo-dynamic test.The vibration test of a double-layer latticed shell model with several elements replaced by the damping elements was carried out on the shaking table.The test shows that the maximum error between analysis and experiment is 10%,and the displacements,accelerations and axial forces vibration reduction are about 60%.The results indicate that the damping elements are available and effective,and that this study is valuable for further research and practical application for the vibration control of latticed shell.
