Title: Principles in Planning Management System of Human Capital on the State-owned Forest Farms ——A case study on Guangxi
Abstract: Through defining the conception of human capital and explaining its importance in sustainable forest management,the management system of human capital on the state-owned forest farms,including six principles in system of encouraging and inhibiting,have been developed according to the spirit of humanism and the situation of human capital management on the state-owned forest farms in Guangxi.These principles of human capital management system,such as 1)combining management power,responsibility and benefit together,2)sustainable development,3)combining economic encourage with spirit encourage,4)evaluating the management result by the value of economy,society and ecology,5)combining inhibition of interior with exterior and 6)combining economic with law inhibition,will help to build the support system of human capital for sustainable management on the state-owned forest farms.
