Title: Impact of Nursing Interventions Combined with Western Medicine on Severe Acute Pancreatitis Clinical Symptoms
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the external application of mirabilite and Qingyi Decoction combined with western medicine on patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: During December 2012- December 2014,62 cases of severe acute pancreatitis were grouped into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table,31 cases in each. The control group: somatostatin,2 mg / times, twice a day; pantoprazole 40 mg / times, twice a day; oral administration of Qingyi Decoction and mirabilite for external application at abdomen. The treatment group added nursing interventions. We compared the clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms and signs of relief time, biochemical indicators time to return to normal levels and adverse reactions. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale( HAMA) was used to evaluate patients' anxiety. Results: The total effective cases in treatment group were 28,accounting for 90. 3% and in the control group were 20 cases, accounting for 64. 5%. There was a statistically significant,P 0. 05. The treatment group's clinical symptoms and signs of relief time as well as the time required to restore normal biochemical indices were significantly shorter than those of the control group with statistical significance,P 0. 05.After treatment, anxiety scores were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, but the treatment group' s was significantly decreased compared with that of the control group,P 0. 05. During treatment, both groups had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion: Chinese and western medicine combined with nursing interventions can not only improve clinical outcomes, but also alleviate patients' anxiety and accelerate its symptoms and signs and biochemical indicators of improvement.
