Methods Twenty-two patients with SARS who cured clinically after treatment following up with HRCT. Results First HRCT showed parenchymal abnormality in 10 of 22 patients, common findings including ground-glass opacity, interlobular septum and intralobular interstitial thickening. Eight of 10 patients with abnormal findings were performed following-up HRCT examination after 8 weeks, HRCT showed size and number of lesions were decreased. Conclusion HRCT features of SARS following hospital discharge are ground-glass opacity, interlobular septum and intralobular interstitial thickening. The lesions are lessening in short-time following up. HRCT is sensitive technique to find this alteration.Read More
