Title: Surgical Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Abstract: Objective To analysis the clinical results of stereotactic evacuation for hypertensive intracerebral hematoma.Methods 151 patients with a hypertensive intracerebral hematoma were treated by stereotactic evacuation between 1996and 2006.There were 105 males and 46 females;their ages ranged from 37 to 90 years.Results In one month after operation,the satisfactory rate,complications rate and mortality were 55.0%,15.2% and 9.3%.122 patients were followed up from 2 months and 10 years,the satisfactory rate was 67.2%.Conclusion Stereotactic evacuation was an effective method for hypertensive intracerebral hematoma.
