Title: Combined use of fluconazole to treat fungal keratitis after eye in-jury
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of fluconazole on fungal keratitis after eye injury. Methods 38 patintes with fungal keratitis were given fluconazole eye drops, corneal burning with iodine and oral use of indomethacin. Then the effects of these drugs were observed . Results 30 patients were cured after 10-40 days of treatment and 6 patients improved. The visual acuity of them were much better than that before treatment. 2 case resulted in corneal perforation. Conclusion The effect of the combined use of fluconazole on fungal keratitis is remarkable .
