Title: Experimental study of Xiaoxianxiong decoction on C reactive protein and NO in serum of rabbit with myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoxianxiong decoction on C reactive protein(CRP) and NO in serum of rabbit with myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury,and discuss the mechanism of anti-myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury.Methods 32 JWR rabbits were randomly divided into four groups,sham operation group,model group,high-dose Xiaoxianxiong decoction group and low-dose Xiaoxianxiong decoction group.5 day before operation,rabbits in high-dose Xiaoxianxiong decoction group and low-dose Xiaoxianxiong decoction group were given Xiaoxianxiong decoction 6.32,3.16g/kg,respectively.0.9% sodium chloride injection was applied on sham operation group,model group 5 day before operation.Then ischemic reperfusion injury model rabbits were established.CRP and NO in serum were measured.Results CRP was increased and NO in serum was decreased in model group in comparison with those in sham operation group(P0.05).There were significant differences between model group,high-dose Xiaoxianxiong decoction group and low-dose Xiaoxianxiong decoction group on CRP and NO(P0.05).There was no obvious difference between high-dose Xiaoxianxiong decoction group and low-dose Xiaoxianxiong decoction group on CRP and NO(P0.05).Conclusion Xiaoxianxiong decoction can relief myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury of rabbit,its mechanism may be related to decrease CRP release of cadiocyte,and to increase NO in serum.
