Title: Observation on curative effect of butylphthalide and sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, according to the different treatment methods were divided into the observation group and the control group, the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the given butylphthalide combined with sodium ozagrel in treatment, the control group on the basis of conventional therapy with sodium ozagrel treatment, the the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients, the defect degree of the nervous function and adverse reaction rate for comparative analysis. Results Patients in treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, before and after the treatment in the two groups were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Butyphthalide combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe, effective, worthy of clinical application.
