Title: Study on Variation Law of Sap Flow of Peach Seedling under Different Water and Nitrogen Conditions
Abstract: In this paper,the DeTransfer 3.27 sap flow measuring system is adopted to measure the variation of sap flow of one-year-old peach seedling.The daily and continuous variation characteristic and the relationship between transpiration rate and sap flow under different water and nitrogen treatment are analyzed.The result shows that the diurnal sap flow velocity of Peach seedling has obvious daily and continuous variation law.Under the same nitrogen treatment,sap flow velocity increases with the increase of soil water content.For no nitrogen treatment,the maximum peak of sap flow velocity reaches about 11 g/h under sufficient irrigation,which increases 15.8% than insufficient irrigation.The maximum peak of sap flow velocity reaches about 23.5 g/h under high nitrogen treatment.The sap flow velocity increases with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer.There is a similar variation trend between sap flow and transpiration rate.
