Title: The Effects of Different Rations on Milk Yield of Dairy Cows
Abstract: Eighteen cows at the age of 4 to 6 years old with similar body weight,parity,and lactation stages from relatively large cattle farmers were divided into 3 groups with 6 cows in each group to deter- mine the effects of rations on milk yield.Group A received a formulated diets and corn silage;group B fed a mixed ration,forage and corn silage,group C were used as a control and fed the feeds at hand.The re- suits showed that the average daily milk production and milk yield for group A,B,and C were 19. 82 kg, 6042 kg;17. 27 kg,5267 kg;and 12. 41 kg,3785 kg,respectively,the average daily milk production and milk yields of group A and B were 7. 41 kg and 4. 86 kg,2260 kg and 1482 kg higher than that of control group,respectively.
