Title: A Research on the Comprehensive English Teaching and Reform for Senior English Majors in Normal Universities
Abstract: The teaching of comprehensive English for English majors in their final year has long been puzzling almost every English teacher,especially teachers from normal universities.Because at this period,textbooks are becoming more and more difficult,more and more information is needed and students' needs have been changing.If we continue to teach with the traditional method with no changes,we are bound to fall behind.This research tries to explain the dialectical relationship between teachers' teaching and students' learning to give full scope to students' principal part in classroom teaching,to make students' regain the initiative,to strengthen the effectiveness in classroom teaching and to comprehensively improve the quality of classroom teaching.
