Title: CLINICAL STUDY ON AMLODIPINE COMBINED BENAZEPRIL TREATMENT IN OLDER PATIENTS WITH TED SYSTOLIC HYPERTENSION
Abstract: [Objective]To probe into the clinical effects of amlodipine combined benazepril treatment in older patients with isolated systolic hypertension.[Methods]Chose 92 cases with isolated systolic hypertension from May 2009-May 2010 period in our hospital, they were randomly divided into study group and control group,46 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with benazepril hydrochloride, based on that, while patients in this study were used the amlodipine besylate, and blood pressure changes and clinical outcomes of patients in two groups were compared.[Results]Compared with the control group, the significant efficiency and total effective rate of patients in the study group were significantly increased,as high as 56.52% and 95.65%;no efficiency was significantly lower, only 4.35%,there were significant differences(P﹤0.05).At the same time,SBP(systolic blood pressure)and PP(pulse pressure)of patients in the study group were significantly lower, there were also significant differences(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]The curative effect of amlodipine combined benazepril isolated systolic hypertension achieves significant results, which is the ideal combination regimen for patients with isolated systolic hypertension.
