Title: On the Connotation,Influence and Construction of Measuring Index of De-industrialization: Structural De-industrialization and Regional De-industrialization
Abstract: De-industrialization is a concept accompanied with industrialization,often having the characteristics of post-industrial era,which,in essence,are the elements on the basis of the material world during the re-configuration process.The performance of de-industrialization is the transfer of the manufacturing industry or its production links between countries or regions;it is the result of the interaction of such factors as the faster improvement of manufacturing productivity,the changes of consumer demand patterns,and the rapid expansion of international trade and the public sectors,etc..This paper expands the connotation of de-industrialization,proposes the concepts of structural de-industrialization and regional de-industrialization,and tries to construct a comprehensive measuring index to conduct objective measurements on the time and space effects of de-industrialization,which can provide references for China's optimization and upgrade of industrial structure and changes in the economic development patterns.
